Below is the schedule for 2023, which will give you a good sense of what our festival program is like! The 2024 schedule will be released approximately 30 days before the event.

**Important note - the schedule is always subject to change. Many things can come up and sometimes we make changes during the festival either due to necessity (for example presenter is sick) or if we feel it will best serve the festival, such as a dynamic arising and we add a new workshop or shift the order to support the container as it unfolds…so, plan, get excited AND please be flexible as shifts may happen.

Our schedule is built on software called Sched which allows you to not only view the schedule, but you can (optional) sign up and create your own schedule by clicking the events you will attend. This also sets you up for email notifications if there are any changes which affect your choices. When we make any changes, they are updated instantly on sched, which you access on your phone or laptop before and during the festival. Also, you can change the view below from grid to a simple or extended layout. If you mouse over an event, it will pull up the details, teacher info and any notes such as “optional touch” etc.
